Rapid detection of Salmonella based on loop-mediated isothermal amplification

Background: Salmonella enterica is a zoonotic pathogen of substantial concern to human and animal health leading cause morbidity mortality in people worldwide. Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology new type nucleic acid technology, which has the characteristics high specificity, sensitivity, simple operation, convenience, low cost. This study aims establish rapid detection method for based on LAMP technology.
